All of our Disney World transportation options are private and custom tailored for you. Our drivers will always meet you in the baggage claim area of the airport with a personalized name sign. Our driver will then assist you with your luggage and take you to your vehicle where you will enjoy refreshments that we provide complimentary (don’t worry we do not charge extra). Your luggage also rides complimentary.

We are able to offer Disney World transportation to the following hotels:
Walt Disney World Resorts (please check with participating hotels) offer a large fleet of buses and monorails for getting you around the Walt Disney Resorts and theme parks. And since all of your attractions are within minutes, this is a fantastic option for you to choose. You are much better off with our Disney World transportation from the Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport or Port Canaveral, but for Resort to Resort travel or theme parks, the Disney World Transportation is hard to beat.
For the most part, there are buses that travel between the resorts and parks routinely and are prompt and reliable. This is a great way for you and your family to travel at your leisure. For the major parks such as Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot you can expect a shuttle every 20 to 30 minutes and the Disney transportation usually commences one hour prior to park opening time and concludes one hour after parks close.
Disney World Transportation options are also available for the water parks and Downtown Disney Complex. However, please note that this has been known to be a slow service and a long wait is not uncommon. For this reason, many of our clients prefer to use our services for their Disney World transportation since it pre-arranged and on time all the time!
Although the Disney World Transportation system is efficient for the most part, please note that if you wish to go offsite to places such as Sea World and Universal Studios or shopping malls, this service is not available. You may however call our office and schedule your pick-up with us and we will take care of all of your Disney transportation needs.
If you are hoping to have a fantastic dinner at one of the many Walt Disney World restaurants, your transportation options are much more limited in the evenings. This usually involves shuttle hopping from a resort to a park and then back to a resort where that restaurant is located. This can be very time-consuming and your best bet is to have us pre-arrange your dinner (we can take care of your reservations) and let us pick you up.

The Walt Disney World Monorail system operates around the Walt Disney World Resort. It is a very efficient and relaxing method for transportation around Walt Disney World. The monorail system opened in 1971 and as you can imagine, a lot has changed since then in the Disney World transportation. The system provides Disney World Transportation for around 50 million Disney guests annually who travel around the Disney Resorts.
There are three services on two distinct routes on the Walt Disney World Monorail: Express, Resort, and Disney transportation between Epcot and Ticket Center.

We will require a credit card at the time of your booking in order to lock in your reservation. Our main focus is to monitor your flight, meet and greet you inside the baggage claim area of Orlando Airport or Sanford Airport, assist with your luggage, and drive you safely while enhancing your enjoyment to your favorite Orlando hotel or Disney Resort.
We can’t promise to be the most economical option in town, but we certainly are the most memorable. Walt Disney World is a magical and beautiful place that you will surely remember for the rest of your life. We only wait for YOU, greet you and help with your luggage and take you right to the front steps of your resort. And of course, you will never lose your luggage with us! Please also note that Magical Express does not service all of the Disney Resorts.

Of course! We can provide you with car and booster seats per your request. Please let us know at the time of booking, and we will make sure that your driver will have those seats with him/her when they pick you up.
Yes! As long as the service is requested ahead of time, we will be more than happy to stop on the way to your Walt Disney World Resort and pick up a few items. Please request at the time of booking your Disney World Transportation.
